Experience
With over 23 years of experience as Civil Engineer and over 40 years as an Automotive Engineer, we have the knowledge and expertise to deliver successful projects. We have worked on a wide range of projects, from small-scale work to large infrastructure projects. Our experience allows us to provide innovative solutions and draw upon experience to deliver successful outcomes.

A great plan is only great if it can be delivered. We appreciate you may want to push the boundaries, but boundaries can be subjective. We may need to work around constraints, we may encourage you to push your own boundaries, or we may suggest moving a boundary a little over to the left.
Regardless, we'll ensure imagination and practicality - inventive solutions and cost-consciousness - are correctly balanced. It's the better way.
In driving your project or plan, we explore all the possibilities while maintaining design integrity – and complying fully with all relevant industry standards and codes of practice. That does not mean creativity, whether in design or engineering, is off the agenda.
We have specific experience and networks of experts at our fingertips in all aspects of structural and civil engineering, including inspection services, cost estimates, bid assembly and management of construction or maintenance projects. Our professional services incorporate all aspects of civil engineering disciplines.
In doing what we do, we also occasionally play a big part in developing new processes - some of which have been adopted across the industry - and the sectors in which we operate: Transportation, 3 waters, risk reduction, concrete footpaths, drainage, Asset Management, utility and infrastructure aspects of engineering, bridges, general infrastructure, bulk handling and storage, distribution, they all have something in common: right time, right place, right cost.

Who is Phoenix Project Solutions?
Robert Boniface is the founder/director of the company. He boasts a diverse background which began in the Automotive Industry. Here, Robert was exposed to all things automotive, diagnosis, repairs, maintenance, upgrades, trailer fabrication and light engineering. After a 20+ year career, Robert retrained as a Civil Engineer and has been working in the Civil industry since.
A NZ Diploma Qualified Civil Engineer, he has over 20 years of extensive experience as a versatile Project, Renewals, Quality, and Performance Manager. Having held senior roles such as Senior Project Manager, Local Government Engineer, Senior Consulting Engineer, and Area/Business Manager, Robert has developed sound project and financial management skills, project engineering capability, and strategic planning expertise. His involvement in managing delivery of NOC contracts reflects his proficiency in project, performance, quality, and operational management. With technical expertise in Project Management and Engineer to Contract roles, Robert is well-versed in NZS3910 and NEC3 & 4. He excels in maximising revenue streams, project definition and fostering performance and growth. Key skills include Performance & Quality Management, revenue maximisation, project definition, performance and growth, and Engineer to Contract proficiency. Robert is a Safe Systems assessor and is a qualified and competent SSA (Safe System Assesment) Auditor...oh, and a First Aider!
When not working Robert is either commentating or engineering cars at Racecar events, flying aeroplanes, dreaming about flying aeroplanes or building something in the shed? No time for reading books or lying on beaches....!
